Marsel Delights is a confectionery brand based in Istanbul and London, dedicated to reimagining heritage sweets through a modern, artisan approach. Using high-quality Turkish ingredients, we craft innovative recipes and offer a full sensory experience at our café and production space in Istanbul’s Bomonti neighbourhood.

Marsel began with a simple promise — to modernise the centuries-old tradition of Turkish delight. After hundreds of trials (and a few sweet mistakes), we perfected a recipe that has a balanced sugar content, celebrates natural flavours, and comes with creative combinations.

Building on this success, we’ve expanded our craft into the world of sweet sauces — bringing the same level of creativity, precision, and quality to another beloved category.
