Hello, I am Selim

 

From a young age, I loved experimenting with desserts, exploring unusual flavour combinations that were unconventional at the time. Even today, discovering and enjoying new tastes remains one of my greatest joys. After years working on professional projects, I decided to follow my passion and return to those early experiments with food.

Turkish delight became the perfect medium for my creativity. I learned the craft through trial and error in my own kitchen, developing recipes that honour tradition while embracing innovation. Using only natural ingredients, I explored unique combinations of fruit, spice, and nuts, inspired by the multicultural flavours of the Mediterranean and my own East-West heritage. 

The name Marsel comes from my grandfather, who taught me to savour life and its flavours to the fullest. At Marsel Delights, my mission is to refresh classic sweets, surprise the senses, and share a taste of the rich cultural melting pot I am proud to be part of.
