Refrigerators tend to draw more moisture out of Turkish delight, causing it to sweat even after it has stabilised at room temperature. The best way to store Turkish delight is in a cool, dry place that is away from direct sunlight. The only exception is if you live in an extremely hot climate, in which case storing it in the fridge may be better.
